Setting up your payout account
Before you can create paid plans, you'll need to connect a payout account. It takes less than 1 minute.
For Bank Accounts

For Mobile Money
- 1Go to Payments → Payout Accounts

Common questions
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The 10% platform fee is all-inclusive. There are no setup fees, monthly charges, transaction fees, or surprise deductions. You only pay when you earn.
What payment methods can my fans use?
Fans can pay using cards (Visa, Mastercard), mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), and bank transfers through Paystack.
How long do payouts take?
Payouts are automatically processed on the next business day. If you earn on Friday, you'll receive funds on Monday.
Can I have multiple payout accounts?
Yes, you can add multiple bank accounts or mobile money numbers, but only one can be active at a time. Switch between them anytime.
What happens if I change my payout account?
Changes don't affect pending payouts. Only future earnings go to the newly active account.
Do I need a payout account for free plans?
No. Free plans don't require a payout account. You only need one when you create paid plans.
